IB: out L of decoy swam past island a bit and cut back and to get the bird
RR: got in pond wide L of holding blind, swam pond exited behind holding blind and then hooked L to get bird.
MR: channeled the pond traveling at the holding blind, came out of last piece made a quick turn and scooped it up
