Bitch Check – Immediately following the General Meeting at the Fairgrounds.
Conformation Certificate: Fred Kampo has arranged for a conformation review of dogs, for those who desire such. It will also be on June 14, same area and time as the bitch check. There will be a fifteen dollar charge.
Cocktail Party: Saturday, June 14, 2014 – 6:30 pm 2014 Douglas County Fairgrounds Complex, 2110 S.W. Frear Street, Roseburg, OR. Cocktail attire for the ladies and jackets for the gentlemen.
Double Header Party: Tuesday, June 17, 2014 6:30 pm. Contact Robin Gulvin for cost time and location.
Workers Party: Wednesday, June 18, 2014, 6:30 pm

Food: Will be on the grounds Sunday June 15 through Saturday June 21, 2014.
Scratch Policy: Entry Fees will be refunded in full for a bitch coming into season prior to and during the trial. A full refund will be given for a sick or injured dog with a veterinarian certificate. The Field Trial Committee must approve extenuating circumstances before a refund will be given.
